If you're referring to the retailer, then yes, they are legit. Meijer is a Wal-Mart competitor here in Michigan and I grew up shopping there for pretty much everything: groceries, toys, clothes and even electronics from time to time. Hope that helps!

I actually got a phone call from the store saying they lacked inventory to fulfill my order before they canceled it.

No problems with the second Meijer location ordering one for myself or when my coworker ordered hers from out of state (which I picked up later that day and am mailing to her).

When I ordered I originally tried for a Monday pick up but got a message warning me that the price could change because the coupons would expire, so I set it for Sunday instead. It's a weird way to do things on their part.

I was able to get mine for the price. They were sealed, but the serial number on the box, case, and AirPods didn't match what was showing in About and my local Apple Store couldn't help resolve the ANC issue I was having. I need to ship them back for a return, but have heard they are strict with Apple returns.
