Let's not spread a false narrative about Atkins, please. His death was attributed to complications from a head injury. Atkins low carb, high protein meal replacement drinks are delicious and healthier option than most.

price is good but 170 calories for only 15g of protein is pretty lousy, if you're buying these as a protein shake. For the same 170 calories, you can get a 24-30g shake from other brands

I've had Atkins shakes months past the Best By date and they're fine. I wouldn't be put off by the date, just not sure about the flavor.

I've had this flavor before and love it. It may not be for everyone but I like this and the strawberry.

oddly enough, this is the only one without carrageenan

As a baseline, milk is about 10g of protein.

Isn't the rule that you add a zero to the end of the grams of protein and that should be the calorie count? That's how I've always done it, and using that method, this isn't bad at all.
