Used or may be like new..since it's sold bay amazon warehouses
That's irrelevant! Although Amazon may not be beyond reproach, they're not selling "used food"! That description has nothing to do with food related items! They can sell food related items that are short-dated or if the outer packaging isn't perfect (as long as it isn't open), as long as they describe it as such....but that's as far as it goes. They don't take back food related items, as, by law, they can't resell them.
I've received many dented cans (which shouldn't be consumed) and received refunds for them. Were they dented prior to shipping them to me/other customers? Perhaps?....but that can't be proven. Are they knowingly shipping dented cans to customers? Also a possibility? Also can't be proven. The best option is to not purchase any food item that you've previously received damaged (in any way) from Amazon or not purchase any food related items from them, period.

People who drink this stuff should just eat some white sugar by a tablespoon and chase it with a milk-n-coffee mix. Same result.

Great suggestion!🙄 Have you tried that (since you proclaim that the results are the same)?
I get your point, but why would anyone do something so stupid, when they can at least enjoy drinking this??

25% more sugar than a can of coke and double the calories with the same volume 😂
Technically, it's not the same volume, but that isn't really significant. Double the calories is a valid point. 7 additional grams of sugar aren't very significant. The bottom line is that none of this stuff is good for you, but if you drink it in moderation (and aren't a diabetic), it's not the end of the world! Moderation is the key. If you're going to drink 2-3 of these a day, you kinda deserve the negative effects. If you're addicted to this (as some here proclaim to be), then buy the smaller bottles (9.5 oz) which are 200 calories (vs. 300) and contain 32 grams of sugar (vs. 46)....or drink half of this bottle at a time (now that's what you call willpower!).

This teeny tiny 13oz beverage having nearly an entire day's worth of sugar is genuinely mind-boggling to me...
On what planet is 13.7 ounces "teeny tiny"??

Yes I get it. But if I did want to indulge I would take the 5 donuts over 1 can of soda
I was referring to drinking this vs. soda....but regardless, you'd more than likely suffer more consequences by having 5 donuts sitting in your gut!🤢

405ml Starbucks vs 355ml Coke......so four tablespoons different, stop making stuff up

7 extra grams of added sugar is half a tablespoon of sugar.....that is a LOT! FOUR tablespoons total.

True when you already have 3.5 what is another half 😂 😂

Expiration dates are mandated by the FDA but most things last beyond that. It's up to the consumer to decide either by smelling or tasting if something is actually expired. Just an FYI.
They're often not "expiration" dates. They're often "sell by" dates. Certain products can be used for weeks (not necessarily months) beyond the "sell by" date. It varies greatly from product to product. "Expiration" dates need to be taken more seriously (especially with certain, more perishable items). It's definitely not a "one size fits all". It's a good idea to either see if the manufacturer posts info. online or call them in advance of consuming anything that's well past the date. These contain milk, so while they may last for a while beyond the expiration date, it could be risky if it's been too long.

And more than half of the daily sugar 😆
I can't drink this straight. But I'm going to try freezing it into ice cubes, and pouring fresh made espresso over it to make my own sweet treat, just not TOO sweet.
Thanks to a previous poster for suggesting the freezing idea.

Isn't $18 for 12 just a regular price when you compare with Costco or Sam's ?
