For auto work need at least 7mm or thicker otherwise they rip fairly easily.

These 3mil gloves aren't going to stand up to much of anything.
I've had 5mil gloves rip on me from 'grabbing on' dried latex paint on a paintbrush/roller handle.

7-9mil is good for Home/Kitchen/Bath scrubbing and automotive work.
5mil is good for keeping animal blood, etc. off your hands.

If you're looking at handwashing, I'd probably look at some of those 'long cuff' re-usable rubber gloves. -If Dexterity is a lower priority but reusability paramount, Harbor Freight and many farm supply stores will have full arm length *thick* chemical resistant gloves.
Okay so the things I mentioned, just get something like this from amazon which seems to be the most popular and this is regular price?

You can normally get a 100 pack of nitrile gloves for $6 without using S&S or any coupons.

This doesn't seem like a good deal...

five for the price of one on each glove, and you get variety sizes, not bad. 50 x 5 = 250 condoms for $3.50. definitely slick.
That's a good idea. You don't know the struggle to find extra small is still loose fitting

How many comes in Costco's blue latex gloves? I think the price is $12.99, but don't quite recall if it's 150 or 200 count.

Are these good for taking out the trash? What about cleaning around the kitchen and bathroom?

What about if you want to handwash some clothes?

But these aren't strong enough for other things? Which disposable gloves would you recommend for those things I mentioned? Also, aren't light blue nitrile gloves better than black ones or it doesn't matter what the color is? I previously used blue and purple nitrile loves.
my experience has been 5mil is the lowest i'll go. anything less than that they feel laughably thin and fragile.

6mil is the sweet spot for me, some people swear by 8mil for automotive work, but i do it with 6mil and i'm happy there

Black color nice, 3 mil too thin, $0.07 per glove is decent

For Sam's club members nitrile gloves 4 mil everyday price $9.99 for 200 = $0.05 per glove

I've seen videos of computer techs using these types of gloves. Is that accurate? Or is it a different type of gloves?
