I bought a couple of Pig Hog right angle cables a month ago. Too soon to speak of longevity, but they appear well built and the noise level is significantly lower than my previous cables.
It might not bother most people, but coming off of Mogami Golds that I normally use, these things have a ton of perceivable noise on single coils. I ended up not using these.
