have you tried this before? for some reason i can't see my $5 off any covergirl cosmetic when check out to cart but i do see my $5 off under View ExtraCare saving.
not sure what i did wrong, any idea? thanks for your help

It comes off automatically in cart as long as you clipped the coupon.

i did clip and i am able to see under View ExtraCare savings but for some reason it won't come off in cart, i can only see $7 off which is 50% from 2 items. i am not sure if there is a glitch or something. tried different computer, try on phone app but still same thing happens

Are you adding the right items? I see it come off in my cart on both website and app

i tried both items from your post: 2 lipstick, then 1 lipstick and 1 foundation, then 2 foundation
none of them working. i think maybe there's glitch somewhere. maybe i should try instore instead

which one did you buy, foundation or lipstick ?
you're lucky because i was able to use $5 off instore and paid $2 for 2 lipstick yesterday but i didn't get any $6 extrabucks for both accounts myself and my husband account
