Surprisingly, this was available at a store near me.

Unfortunately, I'm not an Xbox person and my Steelseries 7 are still going strong after 4 years on my Playstation. Good luck to the others!

I wonder how big of a difference this v2 is compared the the v4. This v2 was released in 2017 and the v5 was released this year.

I just got a Series X and need a good wireless headset so I'll stop by Target in the morning and see if it rings up at this price.

The Xbox version is actually best version because it will work with PC, Xbox and Playstation

At a time when I was more flush I was on a hunt to find the best headset and bought the "Top 5 high end gaming headsets". The A50s were them. The stand is not my favorite element but I had the PC version and could charge directly with a cable when I needed to. Updating the audio profiles to the different switches with the PC software can sometimes be a pain but I rarely have to do that. What I love: the mute is really easy and obvious, you just push the mic upward and its in a mute position. reduces the chance of accidental open mic. Also sidetone (hearing your own voice with no latency) was better on this than almost every other headset I tried (the official PS headsets were the closest), its comfortable for the big head people out there, sounds great and is wireless!
I had the rev 3 PC/PS4 version and I have replaced the battery once and the earpiece foam once. This may seem like negative points but I liked it enough to keep it going rather than buy a new one.

Just went to the store. They wouldn't honor the $139 b/c the manager is saying the deal is for the headset itself, not the one with the base. I argued with them that the deal comes up the headset and base in the app and on the picture shown.

I wasn't even aware that the wireless headset is sold by itself. I believe it's useless without the base. Wired headset, e.g. A40, yes.
