I already had this challenge when I decided to coat a breaded chicken sandwich with Ghost Pepper 🌶️ sauce. I won the challenge by managing to eat the whole thing, I lost right after when my taste buds stopped working…

Always leery of these hot sauce kits - seems like every time I let my guard down and pick one up, it ends up being "16 flavors of vinegar". I'll pick this one up, but if it fails me, I think I'm just subscribing to the outlandishly prices Hot Ones subscription. At least those have variety.

Sour actually burns your taste buds because it's acid, spicy doesn't it's just a chemical tricking your brain

It is a thing but only if you go above and beyond what would be considered a normal amount consumed at once. For myself, I filled my mouth with sour warheads (on a dare). The sour warheads they sell now are nowhere near as sour as they used to be
