Keep in mind you'll be rolling the dice on these refurbished units, and going through Dyson warranty is a pain. The first one I got had an issue, took a multiple month misadventure to get a replacement which was also refurbished, and that one also had an issue.

Got a great refurb and it did huge things for my kid's hair. Seems like though it truly matters what the lotto is like for you

Bought this last week from Walmart and it arrived with a 1/2 inch crack on the vent so I put in a return for the same day. Probably not going to chance this again but ymmv
