Finally fixed! You have to click the Visit Xfinity Rewards Bookshelf button again. You'll see the header now says Summer of Movies Bookshelf.

Guess I'm in the 10%. That or you mean "multiple providers" is literally just another ISP but competitive speeds don't matter...... Sure I can get DSL at 7mbps down and 1.5mbps up.... but thats nothing compared to 800down and 100up.....

Still not working and I too have only 1 REAL ISP/provider in my area. The only other ISP available to me besides Comcast is a local company with TERRIBLE upload (only 5mbps up).

It would be idiotic to go with them - even though Comcast is not much better when it comes to upload speeds.
