This is really only good for holding up paper-thin and light objects.

Yeah these barely hold up a poster. Temp and humidity seems to impact their stickiness.

Many audiophiles use these products to hold bookshelf speakers onto their stands so they don't fall off if bumped. All the products tend to leave a stain on the bottom of the speaker when removed, however. The stain would probably be more noticeable with lighter colored finishes.

I've never tried any of them myself, so I don't know how good this product is.

I think the Loctite Mounting Putty Tabs is a better compare, which is still 56g but only 10 cents cheaper. The bigger deal though, is that the Tombow says that there package will hold a total of 13lbs, whereas the Loctite only holds a pound. When I first started writing this I thought I was going to expound the virtues of how much better the Loctite tabs are because I thought it was saying each tab could hold a pound, but I'm sure if that were true they would be shouting that from the rooftops in their advertising. I'd buy a pack of tabs in a minute if it could hold up 85lbs!

Yup, very mixed review on amazon but if I had to say... the good reviews are not from living in an armpit like south Louisiana.

But honestly for the price It can sit in the junk drawer for the odd one off use lol.
