If the warehouse price (buying at the store) is $50 then it would be $36 for 3.5lbs which would be about $1.5 less per pound than this deal.

Fulfilled by "Amazon Warehouse"? Is that legit? Reviewing this seller, it talks about renewed/repackaged products. I've ordered this before, but it showed Amazon.com as the seller and the fulfillment back then.
