Is there a downside, or concern of rusting with regard to this and Alloy steel?
I searched their site for a solid answer to your question but didn't get one I felt would help you - they do have a live chat with a representative on the site so that might be an option to get a valid response to your question
Never heard of this company before, anyone ever do business? Do they sell anything of quality?
As mentioned if this is alloy steel and their finish sucks it will rust in a week. If it has a nice powdercoat finish however it could last many years and be fine.
Would be nicer if it was aluminum but I suspect it would be significantly higher priced

I have the aluminum ones and they are awesome. Costco also sells this product, so you may get some answers in reviews there
Looking to get this as a temporary option since we have a lot of other new home expenses. Anyone who has installed:
1. Would it be relatively easy to take down? I'm assuming there will be residual holes from mounting to the concrete, but I can deal with that.
2. Is it disassemble-able enough to give to a friend or neighbor after without being a huge transport hassle?
