Looks like the AMEX app finally added a search function for offers. Saves time by not having to scroll through each card for offers. Nice !
I would claim this offer simply for buying a video card. The 4000 series stuff rarely discounts, and maybe that will change with the 5000 series launch, but Dell carries MSI and PNY 4000 cards. More than likely the best deal you'll find on a 4070 Super or higher as long as you're ok with the brands.
I recently found an even better way, search here first to see if there's ANY public offer at all https://offer.love/
Then if yes, go to the Amex or Chase app and search your own offers. Saves tons of time.

I've been eyeing a 4070 TI Super and got this offer, but even $105 off their price of $970 is still way more than any other major seller who has them for around $800. What's with Dell overpricing them?
and Amex offer stacks nicely with any cashback portal deal. Dell Technologies is well known to have pretty high cashback rates often 15% or higher (Hint, look for one that earns Amex MR points)
Great if you want some random company tracking all your browsing history, and doing who knows what with it.
I must be doing it wrong then. I just went to their mobile site in a private browsing session and was able to search for public offers, just as the poster described.
I think they might be referring to the browser extension. If you install an extension, you do agree to share whatever data is laid out in the … section that lays that out. Privacy or something like that.

Oh I see, yeah I don't use the browser extension (too lazy to do that), usually just go to the website and search. Works great in mall shopping, saved quite a few times with it.
