The unit itself is good, takes up less space than my 17 year old Samsung washer & gas dryer. Each load will take 4-5 hrs usually to complete but you can program it to run overnight to avoid the wait. Smartthings app will tell you when your wash is complete.

I bought LG version in Jan for $1699 and I thought that was a good deal.
Samsung is the 3rd manu to come out with this so you figured they perfected some of the earlier flaws.
i have stackable space in my basement and i am afraid each load would take too long

We bought a house and packed it full of Samsung appliances a few years back. Only two remain… and the fridge is just barely hanging on… if we didn't have a special order size, I'd have replaced it due to the stupid ice in back/fan/inadequate defrost issue. Haven't ran a water filter in years since that decided to flood our kitchen. Microwave has broken buttons but manages to work fine.
We're replacing with GE- never would have thought I'd say that sentence. Absolutely love our gas range and front load washer from them.
The GE appliance brand is owned by Haier so you're essentially buying a Chinese washer/airconditioner (Heatpump/condensing washers are essentially that).
