They are suspended on a thin internal wood frame. They are fine if they don't get bent shipping. One I have came with instruction on bending it back I'd it got warped, but I didn't have to do that.

It's entirely dependent on the image you provide to them. The higher the res you can upload, the better quality of a print you will get
