While a good price, this is a different blend than the regular Triple Strength. You're missing some of the beneficial supplements here and getting an under dosed amount of turmeric in exchange.

As someone who has used both variants of Osteo Bi-Flex and as someone who now doses those supplements individually, the normal Triple Strength variant is more effective.

Good to know. Any issues taking this? I am currently taking turmeric, was thinking of adding this.
