This site has definitely gone downhill from what it used to be, and this is coming from someone who buys items listed as "New" only. I will say their customer service is really quick to offer a refund and return, and they often negotiate if you want to keep the item at a cheaper cost instead of sending it back.
I've ordered a bunch of action figures in the past. One time I got a figure where the previous buyer swapped out an accessory. I emailed support and they asked for pictures. They have me a refund and let me keep the figure.
