It's a high end fan, and it's rare to find these features and low decibels, wifi control, form factor, etc. at this price.

I bough a lower end 36" version last year, $65 Lighning deal, and I love it. The ability to control it with Alexa is great. Also being able say turn off fan in (so many) minutes is also a great feature.
