It comes as a giant box, fairly straight forward assemble, but rather small, the cushion is tie down. Decent quality at $100 level patio furniture, def not $500 range

Thanks for the review, helpful. (I've seen well-used benches and loveseats on Craigslist that cost more than this.)

I paid $140 and yes it was a HUGE box, easy to assemble and nice for the price. Yes, it's tad small as love seat.
