Great dryer if you're okay with a refurb. I bought the dryer with attachments new for $100 more and bought an off brand stand.

I've bought several refurb items from Dyson and they've all been great.
For me the experience has been similar to buying a refurb directly from Apple.

May I ask stupid question - does it dries hairs 10 times faster than $25 fan from Walmart?
Or the advantage of this fan is on other benefits?

I'd say it's faster and dries hair more evenly. That being said, there are some similar brands that are cheaper that also get the job done.

I had different experiences. I bought refurbished from Dyson on the hair dryer and airwrap. While it is still worth the money, you will not feel like buying refurbished from Apple. With Apple, everything really looks like new. From Dyson, you can easily tell it is refurbished. I wish Dyson could do a better job on selling their refurbished products.

Not 10x faster, but faster than your typical $30 . Much much quieter as well. I was skeptical about spending $300 for a damn hair dryer but after some research I bought one for my wife. Well worth the money .

I bought this for my wife on the last deal at $220 refurbished and I have to say this is an excellent blow dryer. My wife loves it. What is impressive about this is the control over both air temp and flow. This is also extremely quiet and the attachments are very well done. It is just a very well engineered blow dryer. If you have a spouse that blow drys everyday, this will blow their mind. And it's built like a tank, just clean the filter and it will last a lifetime.

Also just a quick Dyson PSA, always buy refurbished. Every refurbished item iv bought from Dyson is indistinguishable from a new product, with the exception of the packaging.
