Connects way faster to my phone, than my $$$$$ home theater receiver does.

IT USES AN OLD SCHOOL BARREL STYLE POWER TO USB plug.
I misplaced the semi-proprietary wire for the first 6 months, but once we met again it's been 2-channel [basic] bliss ever since.
Side note, I replaced this with a Raspberry Pi and Rapspotify [github.com], which totally alleviates any bluetooth dropout and a much better solution if you're using spotify primarily.
* 5.3 Bluetooth instead of 5.1
* MicroSD slot
* NFC for connecting.

I have this from a previous SD post, and like others, use it on an old Pioneer 5.1 receiver that was moved to basement shop duty once the 9.2 ATMOS receiver entered my life and my entertainment room. So my basement is a 4.1 system, with old Bose speakers hanging in the corners and a hidden-away old Polk sub.
Yes, this "useless" device resurrected an early-00s vintage receiver to become something I use and enjoy from my iOS several times a week.

Works great, EXCEPT it can only pair to one phone at a time. So like last night I jacked with it for 20 minutes before I decided to see if my wife's phone could connect. Bingo. As soon as I "forgot" the device in her BT settings, it popped right into my BT device list. I read the whole description for this thing and can't determine if it will have the same problem or not.
First world problems, I know. But it's still inconvenient.
Also I have thought about using something like this (or one of the other BT receivers I have in a junk box in my closet) for my car which has BT for calls but not for audio streaming. If I hook this up to the AUX input I'm pretty sure music won't be a problem, but I wonder what happens if I get a phone call.... will it switch over to the car's BT for the call if I am playing audio BT to this. Honestly it's not that hard just to plug in the 3.5 jack in the car but still.
Those two are $1 more with bluetooth 5.3 and support SD card.
