Is it in 4K? $3.33 per movie is not bad.

Looks like Rocky 1-4 are all in 4k. Rocky V and Balboa appear to just be HD/1080.

That's so odd that the latter ones would just be HD but I suspect they will upgrade those in the near future. I think Sly is slowly but surely upgrading all his movies to 4K. I bought all the Rambo movies in 4K disc and digital when Best Buy had a sale a few years ago $6 each. I have the Rocky collection in bluray so may just hold out since my 4K player upscales it nicely.

Update: I just remembered that Amazon has the Rocky 4K UHD plus digital for preorder with a release date of July 16, 2024. I'm guessing that once that is released those HD versions will automatically upgrade to 4K if purchased now through Apple. It sure beats the $112 price tag for the soon to be released ultimate knockout collection.

Not all of these films are knockouts, but they are well worth the price.

I bought my movies on Vudu. I would not drop much more money H less the movies are MA in Vudu though, let's be honest who knows if these services will be available years from now while you can always watch your physical media, or if they at least sold these truly download to own. Its nonsense we can't download these.

Why are you making too much sense ?

Honestly though that would be the way to go. To be able to download what you already paid for.

Even if you could download it, hard drives die eventually. Mine usually last about 5-6 years on average in my pc.
