very interesting. for 2 pounds this is a great price. i got 3 at 14.85 (on AMZ, now $20+) this year recipients loved them incl. Mom (who used to bake these) didnt complain about crumbly. not sure she knows or cares. wondering who this supplier AMAZON RESALE really is, i mean: used or open box how does that apply to cookies which are foodstuffs and not returnable or openable. anyone have experiences? cant depend on Mom. ty

The cookies are delicate, so some people have bad luck and get a lot of broken ones. Frown Amazon usually sells returns through Amazon Resale (formerly known as Amazon Warehouse), but for food it's clearance usually due to a short expiration date, which you can find in the Other Sellers section.
