I owned this speaker for a couple of weeks and while some reviewers say it isn't loud, I'm not sure what they were talking about. There may be some situations where the volume may not get loud enough, like if you are trying to blast music in a very large outdoor area (think football field or similar), but I found it plenty loud enough for regular use like out on the patio, etc. The sound signature is very Klipsch-like: great highs and mid-range, and decent low-end, and overall very balanced. Lighting effects aren't the best if that's your thing, but they are OK. Battery life is also in the mid-range for this size of speaker, rated at about 10-12 hours, but I never used it that long to fully test it. Ultimately I returned it only because I wanted something that could be used outdoors that had some sort of water resistance, which this Klipsch most definitely does NOT have. Ended up getting the JBL Partybox 120, but that is quite a bit more expensive at $400 retail. That's why I say this is a good deal, especially if you compare it to similar speakers on the market.

I own two of these and i am happy with the volume 14X20 room. Both can connect together.

FYI doesn't show any water resistance, and I double checked the specifications. These large outdoor speakers usually have this, especially ones sold at CostCo like the Ion Pathfinder ones, so just a heads up. Since we use ours at the beach frequently, that's a deal-breaker for us.

But looks like a great price if you can get it locally and don't mind lack of water resistance!
I usually love the Klipsch audio tuning.

Thanks for the above users notifying about the lack of water resistance. Living in the Pacific NW, this is a must as outside of July-August, you never know when it will start raining unexpectedly!

Grabbed one yesterday, for $100 you will have a really hard time finding a comparable bluetooth speaker.

I second this. I have much smaller speakers that are considerably louder. I wanted to use this for movie nights, and a passing car 200ft away makes this inaudible. For its size, it is very underpowered. I wish I'd have spent the money on a more powerful boombox style Anker product…

My store at 23502 VA had posted as $99.97 but rang for $80 at billing. Looks like even store clearances vary.

Costco has this on sale for $99 just few months ago so I bought two because of how good the price was. When I set up I was having a hard time syncing two speakers together. The manual that came with it was very poorly explained and there was no tutorial on Youtube either.

Went right back to Costco literally 2 days later and the guy at the return section told me I was not the only one coming back to return them speakers. Don't waste your money!
