I buy this stuff often at my grocery store. It is indeed pretty thin, but the flavor is good for me. I have it with chips pretty often.
Granted, I live in a part of the US where salsa options (and Mexican food in general) aren't great, so I'm sure I don't have very discerning tastes. But I'd definitely buy this if I didn't already have a good stockpile of salsa.

What is the shelf life on something like this? I don't know if I could eat 68oz of salsa in a month unless I was drinking it from a cup
Salsa usually lasts about a month after opening. In this case I would prob dump it into another container and quickly reseal the bottle and put in fridge. If you have never tried this brand before and have a walmart nearby the small cans are about $1, and 16oz jars are $2.50. I prefer their red salsa over verde.

First taste of salsa verde was with Late July brand that was much better at least if you wanna use it as a dip.

I mix 1 part of this, 3 parts crushed tomato, and a mix of spices to make a good salsa.
