make sure you get the sizes correct. there is a $7 restocking fee. they'll cover the return shipping. is it worth it? might be.

Anyone been able to log in if they already had an account? I've been trying to log in for over a week and it just gets stuck saying validating. Tried 'forgot my password' but it won't send me a link...Did they change their system and need to sign up with a fresh new account?

Yes, you'll need to chat with customer service and have them send you a reactivation link. Probably due to change in ownership.
