The real slickdeal here is not having to spend 30+ mins driving to bring takeout home. Saving myself time is a slickdeal and this does it

so bizarre, I'm getting an error as well.

"We aren't able to process your payment using your Paypal account at this time" on my mobile.

On my desktop it seems stuck in an endless MFA authentication loop

Doubtful. Bestbuy just had/has them on sale for same price, so unlikely to offer an even better sale for a while. Costco did have them on sale at 20% off recently.

look/ if you think paying someone 10$-15$ juststifies an easy (cold) meal that's fine. I just don't think it's worth it. I see too many YouTube videos where they spit and eat food before it goes out and I'm not saying YOUR driver will do that however, I know that people do that in general. It's disgusting and remember, you gotta TIP!!!! if not they will spit harder if you don't!

My meals come hot. No different than if I were to drive myself to pick it up. If meals came cold obviously doordash would go out of business. Takeout is takeout, the drive to my home is the same whether I bring the food or a dasher brings it. At least in CA dashers have a minimum wage so I've had no problems.

And at most I pay $5-10 extra for the food. My chase card has free dash pass. This sweetens the deal where now I'm actually saving money versus driving myself. This deal is a no brainer.

If the company goes through bankruptcy proceedings the gift cards can get invalidated even if they stay in business though (gets discharged along with other debt, creditors get what they're owed and consumers get screwed). This happened with American Apparel, for example.

Paypal seems completely broken with Safari (can never complete login), but I was able to order with Firefox. Seems like their web devs need more testing!

Same here, it's stuck in an endless loop for login in my safari and I gave up.

I had problems with these giftcards too from paypal as the seller.. the LAST time they had a sale.. i want to say it was a couple of occasions, recently being winter of 2023.

this time i gave it a shot a few days earlier, it went through successfully... even through vpn.
