Gw4 never had an overheating problem. Used mine for a few years outside in the heat.

Yes, I upgraded from an active 2 recently and the 6 is a lot smoother and the android OS is better. Also has a better band and looks a lot better IMO. Much easier to use stuff like spotify without being connected to phone too.
