The Amazfit Bip and Bip+ fit that need. The Bip can have custom firmware, and both are not as featured as the pebble on iOS but much more on android. HR, sleep, find my phone, weather, and notifications are what I use them for. It has 30 days of battery life with what I use like notifications. I found them under $40 usually. I suggest the GPS free v1 if you get v1 the GPS update takes forever whenever you open the app. Custom watch faces on all. I like it better than pebble, I miss the slides of time screen though.

Not sure if this is a great deal but only last month I was able to trade in my Watch 4 for a Watch 6 and it cost $90. I got like $150 discount and $60 for trade in value. Brought the cost from $300 to $90.
