I've got the black version of this cart from Lowes, after 1 year of pretty mild use hauling buckets of water from our stream and the occasional load of firewood many of the welds have broken loose on the bottom expanded metal leading to the bottom starting to fall away from the cart. It has also gone rusty in a number of places. All in all this is a very poorly made cart and to top it off it is actually quite tippy...

What will u be able to get up on this cart and roll through your yard that's 400lbs? Are people really worried about the weight limit?

It served well for about 5 years before the bottom rusted out. I could get about 8 months of growing season by moving it to where the sun was, and being able to roll it into the shed if there was going to be a freeze.

I got nearly 20 years total out of the cart.
i gave mine many coats with a polyurethane spray can. plastic protects from rust.

These can barely handle 40 lbs, no way they can handle 400 lbs!
