Will never buy a Dyson again. My 1 year old v15's head broke, went to do a warranty claim and after sending them my receipt (in store at BBB) they couldn't award the warranty because my name wasn't in the receipt! I told them no in store receipt has names on them. Never again

I had this but returned it after using it for once. They were too heavy compared to v12 slim detect. Suction was really good tho.

You can get the battery for like $50 bucks online and swap it yourself

A new battery is $10. You paid more in shipping than it would have cost to repair it. Let alone the money laid out on the warranty.

My warranty was $49 four years ago so I guess I was "purchasing" a future battery.

Haven't seen a battery for $10. Will have to look into the mod when it dies in four years.

I never bought a refurb vac so I thought the extended warranty might be a good investment.
