These look like the older discontinued "regular" Vortex Diamondback binos since the part number includes "DB-205" in it which is the old part number; the new 10x42 HD versions are all "DB-215"
In case anyone is wondering why you want the new HD versions.....the Diamondback HD's are superior over the original diamondbacks for a couple of reasons! The HD's consist of higher quality prisms that will transmit light more efficiently and also consist of superior phase coatings allowing for a more clear, contrasted image with a more sharp and structured effect as well as more color fidelity.
I got my Vortex Diamondback HD 10x42 with a Vortex GlassPak Harness for $132 shipped from Optics Planet around Black Friday last year. I absolutely love them and the 100% no questions asked Lifetime Warranty means I won't have to buy another set unless I lose them.

What's posted in the original post, however, I'm pretty sure is the old discontinued model of these binos because of the DB-205 designation. I'm guessing the part number you ordered is DB-215-OP just like mine.
If anyone is going to pull the trigger on this, you might want to call/email Midway and make sure.

10x28 at $132 (DB211)
8x32 at $156 (DB212)
12x50 at $204 (DB217)
15x56 at $300 (DB218)
But NO 10x42...
PPS SIERRA also has several Vortex binos, new and refurbished at decent prices, like the 8x42 at $130:

I don't even see on Vortex a UHD listing.
And while Optics Planet has it for $147, they're not in stock. And AAFES doesn't carry them right now and Cabelas has a camo pair for $+80..
Which means Midway is currently the cheapest.
As for differences between the DB-205 and the DB-215, according to my source at Vortex, there isn't a significant difference....

If this is your budget, they're good binoculars with a great warranty - but if you can find the HD version with a slick price it's worth paying the extra..
