Anyone comparing a TV to a monitor is not in the market for this deal. I hope none of you buy electronics for your family on Christmas

Buyer beware - the ultrawide G9 monitors fail a lot.

TONS of threads about them breaking. 2 of my coworkers have them. Both have had them break randomly. One guy has had his replaced TWICE under warranty.

The screen is bent just a bit too much from the factory and it will randomly crack down the middle.

There is a lot of confusion between the Odessey G9 (non OLED and Samsung OLED G9. Confusing naming aside. The Odessey G9 (non OLED) has been very prone to cracking. The OLED G9 has not had this wide spread issue. However.. YMMV. That's said. As the previous poster mentioned there have been ALOT of quality control issues. Not turning on, black screens, flicker, they are very picky with cables, so make sure you have quality 8k full bandwidth cables and as an owner of the G9 OLED from a past $729 deal. Do NOT buy this monitor without adding the extended Samsung warranty, if you plan on keeping it past the factory warranty. It's a sight to behold if yours works!! and most do. keep in mind those that have issues post on reddit and elsewhere the 90 percent that don't wont. So be wise and At the price it's worth the risk if you cover your A $$. Lol Cheers!

I got the $900 price but I am not even seeing any Best Buy gift card. Where does it show up?

Can't see the gift card, could you explain where to find it? I set the pick up at my local bb but it's just a "place order" button…

Edit: Made it show up. You need to close the page and reopen it. $75. I asked Samsung chat and they say they change the $100 to $75 now. I don't fully believe them though. Order placed!

pbp doesnt work and using for citirix was not an option for me so i returned it too close to a tv even though i am using a c3 now

That's a tremendous shame that pbp doesn't work because that's a show stopper for me.
