Is there any use for multiple sync modules since I already got one from that Costco bundle deal?

However installing the angled wedge helped to mitigate the issue. And the past 3 months the false detection problem has gone away entirely; I'm thinking that Blink did a firmware update.
Also, with the Sync Module 2 the doorbell can record directly to USB; no need for a subscription. Overall, if you can get a Blink Doorbell for under $20 and already have a Sync Module 2 you can have a decent setup on the cheap; the Sync Module 2 is key though as without it you will need a paid subscription plan to save/record.
I like the Blink XT2 cameras as well; you just need to use them in low traffic areas like basements, attics, inside garages etc. I use XT2s to monitor my oil tank to check the fuel level and heatpump water heater status without having to go in the basement for example. You can power XT2s via USB as well and they have free cloud storage. I recommend getting a few XT2s for cheap when they are available as they can come in handy IMO...
I have 2 wireless cameras and the sync module and am pretty pleased with the cameras, besides the range that it picks movement up at
