I agree.i had a fold 3 that had really bad battery life. I used Samsung care and they exchanged it to a fold 4 for free since they're probably out of fold 3 models. Now I'm just deciding if I keep this phone or trade it in if I like the fold 6.

It's not the width so much as the length of the phone for me but I understand everyone has there preference. I think more people would prefer a slightly wider phone so that it is more usable while folded.

I would trade it in. The ZFlip5 had a redesigned hinge from the Flip4, which had a higher incidence of hinge problems IIRC. Mine was fine but my wife's fell from a short height and hit the hinge at just the right angle, popping it out. Never had anything like that happen to the 2, 3, or 5 but when I looked into it it sounded like it was a problem with that model generation. Thankfully it was under warranty.

Looking forward to finally ordering the Samsung Ring. Who cares about the foldable phone. You have the ring and new watch, and the watch has a major redesign and tech upgrade and the ring to finally (hopefully) beat the Oura.

How do these Samsung promos show up as a slick deal?
Step 1) Mail your only phone to a stranger so you can pray for 14 days they will credit you only slightly less than what you could get through ebay
2) pay top dollar for the latest phone that basically does similar functions to your old Samsung phone, instead of waiting for discounts months later
3) Get hyped the next time you see a $1,500 "discount" (trade-in) sale on next year's model
