I think your devices might be too new. I did it twice already, with OLD devices that had a value of $5, and the 20% trade in offer was instant. Try an item with a $5 value and see if that makes a difference.

Got it for $58 after trade-in and a $10 promo credit not sure from where. But the reviews on these cameras are concerning though.
