CPU Cooler is DeepCool. Hope you don't need support. 7800X3D Doesn't even really need liquid cooling.

You could probably come up with a better config within $50-$100.

Beware when dealing with CyberPowerPC. Once your warranty is up (yes, I bought the extended warranty):
$75 to diagnose your computer
You pay to ship to their depot
You hope they diagnose it correctly and then they charge you (extort you) for whatever the issue is
You pay for return shipping

They do not stand by their products and their customer service is horrendous. If you want a CyberPower product, see if you can get it from Costco so you have their support and warranty

I agree with the other commenters regarding price and liquid cooling. I'd expect this to be about $1800 since Ryzen 9K is a month away. The best air coolers will be less trouble. However, when it comes to customer support pretty much every builder sucks. Avoiding the highest end parts would help. Getting it through Costco or Best Buy is smart though.

Have you realized the fact that this is a fully configurable PC (WWhich I've mentioned as well in the OP)? If you don't need or like Liquid Cooler, just change it to an Air Cooler from a pretty decent list of coolers and probably saves 10 bucks as well.

If you buy a fully built desktop PC from any vendors, they will charge you for any of those services you've mentioned, if warranty is over. From Companies like Dell, HP, they can even charge you for the remote diagnostics after warranty.
And 2nd point is if their warranty is over, why you want to send it back to them for support in the 1st place? Unlike Dell, Acer or HP's Desktop PCs, which use a lot of custom designed parts, not compatible with aftermarket solutions or replacements, in these builds, each and every component is standrad aftermarket products which you can buy from stores. So, just use a local technician for identifying the issue if you can't do it yourself and if something is broken, simply get a replacement part for that component.

Cyberpower mailed me a pc with no cpu cooler and no power. Hair and fingerprints inside the case and on the mobo.
I sent them photos when doing the rma.
They approved the rma.
They got the item, SENT ME MY PHOTOS of the "damages" and wanted to charge me for the parts they never installed. They send a vague price chart of the "damages" with random ass part numbers that dont line up with anything.
They refuse to refund, they refuse to fix it and rma it.

Google their reviews and subreddit for this same issue. All over BBB too.

Chargeback. Dont ever buy their scam trash.

Instead of getting all butthurt and thumbing down posts maybe you should realize that there's helpful information in this thread.

You posted a config with a deepcool liquid cooler which is basically banned and not going to offer any warranty support. Very risky.

I literally gave you two valid points and actually never countered your argument about the Liquid Cooler is good or bad but just mentioned that you can change that pretty easily. But you got extremely agnry, looks like you are getting much buthurt than me and could not able to take any counter points.
And I am not sure what did you mean by that DeepCool Liquid Cooler is basically banned. Can you explain a bit with some proofs of your claim? Hope that is not just based on your personal preference. I have checked the reviews and those are pretty favorable.

Regarding warranty, you're gonna get that from CyberPowerPC, not DeepCool, which i don't think you got. In fact if something happens with any of the components during warranty period, you will get warranty and tech support from CyberpowerPC, not the individual component manufacturers. Not that hard to understand.

if that's the case, then it is not recommended buying DeepCool product directly from sites like Amazon and other retailers where the warranty support, after the return period, comes from them. However, in this case, the support won't be coming from them but from CyberPowerPC. In case, you face any problem with the cooler during warranty period and raise a RMA with them, and then they can't provide you an replacement of the same brand due to any issue, they will simply provide an alternate option.

I have used CyberpowerPC based Desktop for 5 years and had similar issue where the Wi-Fi Network card from a brand called Netis stopped working within warranty period. I raised RMA and sent them some pictures which they asked for and they sent me an new Gigabyte Wi-Fi Card as the Netis model was not available anymore.

A few weeks ago, the Lenovo Legion with 7700 and 4070 Ti Super was $1539 - $50 with code. So if you change to a 7800x3d and 4080s, then your estimate is correct and should not be more than $1800-$1850, but it's another vendor. That's too bad for us Slickdeals bargain shoppers. Applause

240mm water cooler vs basic air cooler, higher wattage PSU, faster Ram and more standard off the Shelves components.

Yes, I would recommend everyone do your research on Better Business Bureau before placing any orders:
I purchased from CyberPower. The build quality was not that great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.
When I finally got a hold of someone and gave my order number, the initial response of "ohhh" over the phone made it seem like they were aware they sent me a lemon build.
