No, you don't need know any employee of Samsung. If you are working for any company which is in the list of Samsung approved companies (For example Microsoft, Google, Apple) you are eligible to get this discount. But you need to use your company's email account to log in to purchase this from Samsung. Hope you got the drift

How did you get this for $1348.99. Even with 10% discount from Samsung rep it will come $1449 and $50 coupon will make it $1399. I am definitely interested in this deal if I can get it for $1350. Can you please explain. Thank you

After you get the cart created by the representative, opt in for emails in the app. This added a $50 discount to my cart. I thought tht was it all. However, I also received an email with a coupon code for opting in which said I can use on any orderss over $1000. I was able to use that coupon on the order bringing the optin coupon total to 100
