780m graphics i'm assuming? i love how iGPUs in these basic "work" computers (this and now the intel 155h) are good enough to play cyberpunk with decent framerates.

I think in these instances where Amex gives a refund based on the charged amount, the post-tax amount will qualify.

Offer says "spend a minimum of $550." I have repeatedly received the Amex promised statement credit as long as the total purchase, including tax, exceeds the required amount. My charge is pending, so I have not received the credit yet. Worst case is you can purchase something cheap later, such as a mouse. The offer says $550 minimum in "one or more purchases" by July 31. Amex customer service has been excellent in my experience. Cheers

Also, to receive the Amex credit, don't use third party payment processors like PayPal or Apple Pay. Use the Amex tp pay directly on the Dell site, and remember to add the offer to your Amex card before using it at Dell. Cheers
