They charge (input) with usb-c also, from the listing:
Fully recharge the power bank in 2 hours w/ 60W charger (charger not included)
and they quick charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max quite quickly, and from 25%-100% on my phone only uses like 25% of this battery. They're quite nice units and were worth it at $56 I paid, moreso at $36. Highly recommended. They are heavy though with a nice metallic finish, so if you plan on traveling with them account for that.
Of course they're on sale. They'll literally blow up.

Additionally, the display is useful to identify cables which truly charge at their advertised speeds vs ones that do not.
