I spent $100+ the order was split under 2 numbers due to vastly different ship dates. Received email confirming promo eligibility. Never got the credit added to the account. Call HQ, they claim I didn't spend >$100 refuse to give me my owed $30. Buyer beware!

Perfect. Costco has been out of the Full Moon chicken jerky both in store and online.

After getting 4 bags, subscribe and save, $30 reward and 6% cash back by waiting a few days for delivery, its even cheaper than the Costco price.

And I did this deal twice, and got the "eligible for $30 cash reward" on both.

Had the same scenario, but I kept copies of all relevant emails as proof. Took 3 calls, and they eventually gave me a credit as a "refund" on my prime membership fee.

Do you have to choose SINGLE ORDER for this promo or can you use the Subscribe and Save option? Doesn't mention that in the details of the text. I wonder if people that had problems chose S&S.

Is there a way to subscribe and save to multiple items at the same time and qualify for this promo?

I added the items I want to the cart but on checkout don't get an option to do s&s, only individually from the cart.

Already used last Thursday, sucks it's a one-time use with Amazon. I always order twice with Chewy whenever they offer it, then save that up for the annual Frontline.

Also adding that I've never been able to claim the credits. At least 3 times it has failed. Both mobile and web purchases.

Now this kinda promo falls under "don't bother" for me.

This happens to me all the time with their spending promos. Amazon promos are the new mail in rebate.

Not sure why it wasn't showing early but I can now select s&s during checkout but once I did it for one item the promotion disappears.
