I'm seeing that the mobile app is showing different pricing than the website is for some reason. Even used a vpn to test both and pricing is different online vs mobile app. Hope this helps y'all.

I was able to get to the final checkout page to submit a payment with the price mentioned using the zip code from the OP with delivery to my zip code in Texas.

I suspect the order would get canceled tomorrow when the order zip code and delivery zip code do not match, but if I had a need for a water heater I would definitely try it out.

I bought 4 of these a couple years ago for around $150/each from lowes. Shipped them to Ohio from California for $99. I sold a couple , installed one in my house and still have one out in the barn in case I need it. Ours has been running in eco mode since the day I installed it. The electric elements have never been used. Zero complaints here. Saved me a bundle over propane.

I was seeing the same too but I ended up getting the extended warranty from Lowe's which covers parts and labor for 5 years for $67. I'm having a company install it and the reviews I saw about leaks or most of the other issues should be covered by the warranty from manufacturer, Lowe's or the installer depending on where the leak is and how long after install.

Yep. I think last winter we had temps around -10. No issues. Mine is located in an unconditioned basement that stays 55° or so constantly.

Picked one up today at Lowe's in Gautier, Mississippi for $813. Felt lucky to get it since I had been planning on buying a Rheem 65 gallon hybrid for $1650 at HD. Now I'm reading the reviews for the AO Smith and I think I've made a big mistake. Won't be installed for a couple months as remodel progresses so may return it.
