About this film:
- The heat is on in this fast-paced action-comedy starring Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley, a street-smart Detroit cop tracking down his best friend's killer in Beverly Hills. Axel quickly learns that his wild style doesn't fit in with the Beverly Hills Police Department, which assigns two officers (Judge Reinhold and John Ashton) to make sure things don't get out of hand. Dragging the stuffy detectives along for the ride, Axel smashes through a huge culture clash in his hilarious, high-speed pursuit of justice. Featuring cameos by Paul Reiser, Bronson Pinchot and Damon Wayans, and newly remastered for 4K UHD by director Martin Brest, Beverly Hills Cop is an exhilarating essential blockbuster!

That's probably available on the full price original 4K disc.
This line is an experiment by Paramount to see if there's an interest.

Another perfect example on what a movie is shot in("Native 4k"resolution) doesn't really determine on quality of the picture.
If this is a must-have in the best transfer available now, this is a no brainer.

I buy many of my Blu-rays that also include DVD's in the packaging. When we travel I don't have a BD player, but many hotels or my laptop have a DVD player. I can plug the laptop into the TV with HDMI and watch the movie. I have a compact spare room Samsung BD player I could take sometimes, but I have my laptop all the time and the TV's in the rooms are usually under 50" (normally just 32"-42"). I also have portable DVD players for the car. And if a friend wants to borrow a movie they may not have a blu-ray player so they use the DVD.
I like the multi-formats, and at this price I'd buy more. They've only released 9 movies in this DVD case multi-format:
I bought BHC and Hunt for Red October. If I really want it to match my collection, I swap the discs to a blu-ray case and print the 4K cover you can find online. I'll buy more 4K under $10 if the release it, though I am particular about my 4K purchases. I do try to find all I can on Blu-ray.

For collectors, these are terrible. I keep each format separate, so I don't want to have a DVD case mixed with the blu-ray cases. It would only fit on the shelf that I have spaced a little more because of the larger German media books and other oversized cases from Criterion and the like and box sets, but still, no DVD case is going in there.
