I really did not want to put this together in the heat today. I rolled the store model up the front to check out and someone from the back stopped me while I was waiting in line and told me I had to buy one in the box.
This griddle is really big and the box is really heavy. It took about an hour to put together with my 10 year old son and I. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FROM THE BOOK AND THE APP.! both leave some directions out so use both together. I had to flip around 2 parts when I noticed they were not aligned right.
Made some smash burgers tonight and it gets really hot and crips them really good.
This thing is pretty massive so make sure you want one this size. If you want a smaller model there is one but its non stainless and is $249.
Overall seems very nice for the price.

Opening the lid to a feasting rat, knawing away(I've since found out I'm far from alone), will do that to you. Even if I burnt away it's existence multiple times over— I would still know...

EDIT: Also, it's pretty easy to clean right? Just heat it up, spritz some water from a bottle on there, and scrape with a dough rasp into the grease trap?
