Does anyone know (or know where to find) configuration information for the following build numbers: 82WKX091US, 82WKX092US, 82WKX096US, and 82WKX105US?

All are listed as Legion Pro 5 Intel laptops on the Lenovo Outlet, but no specifics are listed on any of them. I've contacted Sales Support several times this week, but apparently they don't have access to any more information than you can find on their public website. (What??)

Google has not helped and Lenovo's offer to locate and send me the information has not materialized at this point …

Ordered on 6/28. Got email 1st of this week saying order delayed, but expected delivery of 7/9/24. This AM, received email saying order could not be fulfilled & was canceled. Called & spoke to a rep. expressing displeasure at such, saying that a 1st class organization would have offered to send a similar, but better product, so this is all I need to know about Lenovo.

Sorry to say this-- not that I know of.

I feel like their partsurfer used to not require SN for model-specific specs. But now, with out the SN, the furthest you can drill down is machine-type info on 82WK:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/e...play/model

In this regard, PSREF is easier to read: https://psref.lenovo.com/Product/...o_5_16IRX8

Perhaps you can just order a few and hope that they list specs on the box, and when the UPS guy comes, just refuse the ones that don't fit your needs. Mostly joking here, especially since I don't know if they charge restocking fee for that.

Thanks. Yeah, I had found the PSREF earlier but none of those models are listed. Still haven't heard anything from Lenovo. I also can't figure anything from their numbering schema as it seems to be fully random. Was hoping there was some pattern I could use to make an informed guess. <shrug>

I did honestly think about just ordering one or two to see what they arrived with. It would appear that, as long as the items are delivered within 14 days of invoice, you can RMA without penalty.
