Most 4K discs will be $24.99.
Most Blu-rays will be $19.99.
Most DVDs will be $14.99.

They are offering 30% off pre-orders too.

There is no additional discount for B&N members, and coupons cannot be combined with this offer.

The sale ends on 7/28.

Well it's also nice to have competition and also brick and morter. And yes amazon is even more soulless than your average soulless company.

Exactly! Sale ends 7/28, so I'll hold off until Prime Day. Been waiting for the 4k Dazed and Confused to get this low for a while now.

If you have to ask, you'll never know.

I've actually been waiting for this. Thank you.
Full retail on Criterion Collections can be mighty costly.

I'd rather give my money to an actual B&M bookstore then to soulless Amazon, but to each their own.

Marketa Lazarova is considered the best Czech/ Czechoslovak film ever, even if you consider the more famous directors Milos Forman (Amadeus - not a Czech film BTW) and the Oscar-awarded Jiri Menzel.

I have had a UK DVD since forever and I agree with this assessment. However, I have only watched it twice. So you should maybe consider borrowing it from the library first.

I made above a comment on a random film that made the list of this sale. There is plenty to like for all tastes. Damn this is good and accessible ( worth the $20 for sure ) art form that makes your mind grow.

But personally I am still watching the Criterion Channel with a 20% off deal from SD. Sometimes it is easier to look through the online list than rummage through the boxes. The last decade with all these endless-pointless-tasteless superhero movies have been rough for the rest of us.

Why it will be the same price at Amazon. This company uses map prices meaning the same will be the same across the board.
