Please confirm this is a clearance product ? OR pre-owned ?Also would I get the new brand part of this order
From my online chat with sales rep, it's an older model they're clearing inventory of but is brand new in the box. Mine is en route.

I got my dad an osaki aspire 3d for $2k from costco, but it's going back. It is abnormally aggressive with the back. It pushed you out literally 6-10 inches from the normal seated position. It was so blatant it almost seemed like a manufacturing defect, but I'm guessing it's just bad design. I've tried similar 3d models from other companies that didn't have this issue. I've never tried this aspire model specifically, but I'd read some reviews and believe them if they talk about the back being too aggressive.

Same here. Purchased 7/6. Still no email on 7/8. Is this common?

Had my Osaki for years now and got it for $1300 (pre-COVID) from Home Depot.

This is a great deal as long as it is new and not reconditioned or anything.

People who are concerned can wait for deals from Costco. Osaki is a Chinese brand, sold through resellers

My neighbor had a cheap $1000 massage chair for years until it wore out, his wife bought a $6,000 plus Osaki and honestly it wasn't very good, ended up returning it, weak massage and weak heat. She bought him another cheap one temporarily and it's much better than the Osaki. The build quality is so so and the leather so so but great massage and heat. I am probably going to buy one of the same ones that he had as his first one in the upcoming weeks. Another neighbor has the same one and she loves hers too.

Might not help in this case but if you have an adjustment for Back Intensity make sure it's on lowest setting. I have an Insignia chair with similar features and I had to lower the Back setting when I first got it.
Feels good now.

Tested one of these at local store, horrible and painful for someone 6ft+ Just felt alot of back pain with the roller and ankles felt tight/pain too. Better for someone at 5'10" imo. My kids tried it 15+16 and they thought it was little painful on their back and legs too.
Older son said he came out of it in more pain than he started.

If you get one, I suggest "white glove" as there heavy 300lbs and not easy to assemble.
I have an Insignia chair that has some of the features this chair has. When I first got it my back hurt and a couple of other areas also. I lowered the setting for Back intensity and that helped a lot. After a couple months my body got used to it and now nothing hurts like it did in the beginning.

Same here. The aspire is 20 inches wide, this one is very narrow at 18 inches. This one only holds 220 pounds max, aspire holds 275 pounds.

So, this one is OK for a small frame person.

Also the aspire allows the user to create 4 custom programs. Not sure if this one can do that.
Thanks for pointing this out. 18.5" shoulder is going to be tight for me, and the Aspire at 20" might be a better choice.

I bought this a month ago during the last sale. It's a great chair. I feel badly about it because I paid $500 more. Has anyone successfully been able to have their purchase price adjusted?

Can anyone comment on this please .. i know it's little bit different model. I am on the fence. Struggling to justify twice this price

I ended up getting this $1499 deal as it seems like a bargain for what you get based on brand and features. Seems very similar to the $2k Costco Aspire model but this one has more airbags. The Costco site reviews for the Aspire seemed overall positive from verified purchasers. I'll take the risk and save $500 and order from this site instead of Costco even for the hassle free return protection.
The $3k model you linked to is 4D and probably not worth twice the price of this. If $1.5k difference isn't a big deal to you then go for it. I doubt it will be twice as better than this.

Has anyone received tracking information on their order yet? How long did it take to ship? Ordered mine 7/7, got email confirmation, but nothing since then.
