I see several strength adjustments in the manual but seems that could be interpreted differently.
also, it says only 18.5" shoulder width? does that mean my 19ish shoulders would feel squished? it's the widest part of your shoulders right? there's not some other way of measuring your shoulders I'm unaware of? just seems narrow

The track goes from my shoulders to my butt, not my neck to my thighs as advertised.
You can't adjust settings on one screen, you have to bounce back and forth between screens to do stuff and it doesn't remember anything. Many times you have to go turn on the foot rollers.
The foot rest is so annoying. It defaults to the shortest position, and it's hard to adjust it to the right length. It also does not vibrate and it's positioned wrong so your calf isn't actually resting on anything.
I'll keep it for a couple years, but lesson learned to not buy a massage chair blindly just cuz of a good deal
That's my hangup - so many different opinions of just about every chair, sounds like you really need to try it out in person before buying.
