Ah ic. They call it new vs refurbished, but all the refurbs ive gotten seem new as well.

Maybe this is helpful for warranty purposes.

Ecoflow is trash. I have purchased 2 of their products and both broke just sitting idle. Most recent is my 4mo old Delta 2 and support is trash too. Days between emails and want me to send mine back without sending me replacement so I at least have packaging to use.

I had mine replace after a month. And they gave me a hard time with photo and video. It was a month old.

After 6 days of emails they told me to send back. But I dont have any packaging big enough or sturdy enough. I asked them to send me unit so i can have packaging. But this is my 2nd failed unit 1st one was after 6mo but costco took the return.

There is reason why they have endless supply of refurb units.

warranty on NEW Ecoflow generators is 5 years. Warranty on REFURB is 2 years. just check description if u buy. Ecoflow generators are great. i own several. and will buy again. Refurb or new.

I have been using a refurb Delta 2 every day for almost 2 years. I love it and have had no issues. I also purchased a refurb Delta 2 Battery a year ago and it had been fantastic. I did have a hiccup with the battery but Ecoflow support is very responsive. They asked for a video and I sent it to them. They responded with the fix. I have a buddy who bought the Delta 2 brand new and we have been comparing both our experiences. They have performed identically. I am sticking with Ecoflow. I have tried Bluetti, BigBlue, and GoLabs. Ecoflow has won me over. Good products and good support

My experience has been identical. I have multiple power stations and extra batteries. No problems whatsoever except for occasional glitchy firmware updates that require a subsequent fix. Customer service has been responsive and excellent whenever I've had a question or issue.

The car charging cable doesn't work well with either the Delta 2 series or the River series. Anyone buying with that in mind needs to take note. The charging will freeze after a minute or two. There are numerous related videos on YouTube. EcoFlow responded and quickly sent me a supposedly updated cable. But it was only marginally better until the same thing happened.

I had to buy a third party 500 watt inverter. But overall Ecoflow is great on trips. I prefer the River 2 Pro in that capacity. Much easier to carry than the Delta 2. One hand vs two.
